Workplace Emergency First Aid Training in Plymouth

Offering an extensive list of first aid training courses, APG are passionate about helping schools, businesses, care homes and more with ensuring safety and competency throughout the workplace. Each course is nationally recognised and accredited through Qualsafe and comply with stringent requirements to ensure training is delivered to a high standard at all times.

Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work Course

This course is specifically designed for those who have a responsibility at work to provide first aid in a range of crisis situations. The training is also ideal for people who have a responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities. 

Level 3 First Aid At Work Course

This course is specifically designed for those who are appointed to act as a first aider in their workplace or for those who have a responsibility to provide first aid in voluntary and community activities.

Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course

During this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations. Topics covered include: managing an unresponsive infant or child, CPR, choking, anaphylaxis, seizures, wounds, bleeding and more.

Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Course

This course is designed for those who have a responsibility to provide first aid to children and/or babies and fulfils Ofsted’s first aid requirements for early years teachers, nursery workers and childminders. 

Level 2 Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator Course

Designed for those who have a specific interest or responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide BLS when dealing with an emergency situation which may involve using an AED.

Level 2 Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis Course

Designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, at home or in voluntary and community activities, to provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis when dealing with an emergency.

Level 2 Moving People Safely Course

Designed for those who work, or intend to work, in a role that involves assisting and moving people. It is ideal for those working in a variety of health and social care environments such as care homes.

Level 2 Safe Moving and Handling Course

The QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (QCF) qualification has been designed for those who have a specific interest or responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide BLS when dealing with an emergency situation which may involve using an AED.
